By installing or using Unsend This Chat for Instagram, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the extension.
Purpose
The extension is provided solely to help a user operate Instagram’s native Unsend action on the user’s own outgoing messages in a conversation the user intentionally opens.
Your responsibility
You must use the extension only with accounts and conversations you are authorized to access. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws, agreements, and platform rules. Do not use the extension to harass, deceive, interfere with another person’s account, or conceal unlawful activity.
Permanent actions
Unsending is irreversible. Counts may change when Instagram loads, recycles, edits, or removes interface elements. Review the conversation identity and count, use a conservative pacing option, and stop the run if anything appears unexpected.
Service changes
Instagram can change its website at any time. Those changes may interrupt scanning or unsending. The extension is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without a guarantee that it will work with every conversation, message type, account, browser version, or future Instagram interface.
No affiliation
This is an independent utility and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta. Instagram and Meta names and marks belong to their respective owners.
Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not responsible for lost messages, interrupted runs, account restrictions, platform actions, or indirect damages resulting from use of the extension.
